It is with great sadness that we report the death of Geoff Coupe (Timadon)
on 17th February.  President of the Irish Setter Association, England.
A very sad loss for all Setter & Pointer exhibitors.  A gentleman,
he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Our Our deepest
sympathy goes to his family at this sad time.




Enter your text It is with great sadness that we report that Brian McAvoy passed away suddenly last night 22nd August. We have no further details at this stage. Brian was a long standing member of the ISAE and a serving member of the ISAE/Setter and Pointer Club joint field trial sub-committee and NEEISC committee member.  A lovely man who always had time for a chat and a joke.  He will be sadly missed. Funeral details to follow.
Our deepest sympathy to his mother June, brother Bill & family & friends at this time of deep sorrow. 


Funeral details as follows:

Brian's funeral. Friday 31st August 1pm at Blyth Crematorium Cowpen Road Blyth NE24 5SZ. 
June requests no flowers but donations to Irish Setter Rescue please.

David Bell - 20 Years servce on the ISAE Committee

A presentation was made by Becky Box & Peter Hall to David Bell our Chairman (C) at the ISAE CC Winners Match, who is standing down after 20 years service on the Committee.














                  Kate O'Callaghan - Merryborne 

We feel great sadness today (27th August) we report the passing  of Kate O’Callaghan. Kate served on the Committee of the ISBC for 32 Years. A well known and liked exhibitor & judge of Irish Setters. Kate loved the breed and had time for everyone offering advice and friendship and will be dearly missed, by all who knew her. We offer our deepest sympathy to her son Mark & his family.
